Try before you buy

Every exam has a free sample pack and free previous-year question bank PDFs available on this site with no payment or sign-up needed. Please look through the free sample for your exam before purchasing, so you know exactly what the full pack looks like.

Sales are final after delivery

Once a paid pack has been delivered to you on WhatsApp, the sale is final and non-refundable — the same standard practice for any digital download or ebook. This is because, unlike a physical product, a digital file can't be "returned."

When we will make it right

We will re-send or replace your pack at no extra cost if:

• You received the wrong exam pack by mistake on our end.
• A file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open.
• You lose access to the files and need them re-sent (e.g. changed phone).

If you paid and didn't receive your pack within a reasonable time, message us immediately — we'll investigate and either deliver your pack or refund the payment.

Before you pay

Make sure you've picked the right exam and tier (Single Exam / Category / Super Pack) before paying — we confirm this with you over chat before you send payment, precisely to avoid mix-ups.
