PassPakka ("we", "us") runs a small exam-prep content business — PDF prep packs and free previous-year question banks for Insurance, Banking & Government exam aspirants in India. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We don't run any account system, forms, or trackers on this website. The only information we receive is what you choose to share when you message us on WhatsApp — typically your name, phone number, and which exam pack you're interested in. If you download a free sample or a question bank PDF from this site, no information is collected at all; the file downloads directly.
Anything shared over WhatsApp is used only to respond to your query, confirm your order, collect payment via UPI, and deliver your PDF pack. We don't sell, rent, or share your phone number or chat details with any third party.
Payments are collected directly via UPI. We don't store your card, UPI ID, or bank details — that transaction happens entirely within your own UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), between you and your bank.
This site does not currently use cookies, ad trackers, or third-party analytics scripts. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to reflect it.
We may retain your WhatsApp conversation and order details for as long as needed to support you (e.g. resending a pack you already paid for) or as required by law.
You can ask us to delete your chat history and order records at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp — we'll action it unless we're required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
